3 vehicles collision on Highway 400

May 12, 2004 Hwy 400: all southbound lanes have been closed south of Highway 89 because of a serious motor vehicle accident in Innisfil, ON. The lanes and ramps from Highway 89 to 40 were blocked by OPP for cleaning debris and investigate the crash. As per the police, the sequence of the collision was as follows: the first vehicle spun out and broadsided the second car, which was then rear-ended by the third vehicle. May 1, 2014 Six people got injuries in a motor vehicle accident involving 2 cars. The collision happened on Weston Rd. south of Sheppard Ave West, Thursday night. One of the drivers is recovering in hospital with serious injuries. Another person was rushed to hospital with serious injuries to his chest, paramedics told 680News.
